I’m pretty sure it has. When a woman has bad grammar it instantly turns me off as it comes across that she’s totally uneducated. Or you can always try a mathematical calculation like this guy has. It’s a fun read:

In reply to Dan Moore. Hey Dan. We didn't actually do any sort of study, but that might make for an interesting follow-up. Maybe put my ugly mug up with a couple fake profiles... one with good grammar and one with bad and see which gets more hits :-)
