Commons:derivativeFX
derivativeFX is a tool (formerly written by Luxo) to easily upload derivative works from Wikimedia Commons. It allows editors to add one or more original files, checks for license-compatibility, and creates a new description page. It is suitable for retouching and similar derivative works.
